How your card is protected
Payment verification: online payments may require an extra verification step to confirm it's really you.
Real-time monitoring: unusual transactions can be flagged or blocked automatically.
Instant freeze: block all card activity in one tap from your app, anytime.
What you should never share
Never share your full card number, CVV, PIN, or verification codes with anyone. KOSH will never ask for these, not in chat, email, or on a call. Anyone asking for them is not us.
Spot something suspicious?
Freeze your card from the Cards section immediately.
Report it via in-app chat or [email protected] with the transaction details.
If it's a confirmed unauthorised charge, we'll guide you through the dispute process.
