Yes. There are several ways to earn rewards with your KOSH Card. Rewards show up in the Rewards panel in your app and are usually credited after the related transaction settles.
Ways to earn right now
KOSH Points: earn at least 1 point per $1 of eligible card spend. Some categories earn more. Individual accounts only; business accounts don't currently earn points. 100 points = $1; redemption via gift cards is coming soon. See our full KOSH Points guide for details.
Referral rewards: invite a friend from the Referrals section in the app. You earn 50 Points when they create a KOSH card and make a purchase, plus 0.4% of their card spend paid as KOSH USD, paid out monthly on settled spend.
Campaign cashback: from time to time KOSH runs cashback campaigns on specific merchants or categories (for example, paying Claude or ChatGPT with your KOSH card). Cashback is applied automatically to eligible spend and shows in the Rewards panel and on the transaction details page. Each campaign has its own rate, cap, and terms, announced by email, push notification, or in the app.
Welcome bonus: new users get a $5 bonus, credited when you create your KOSH card. Create your card within 7 days of signup or the bonus expires.
Claiming your rewards
Welcome bonus and campaign cashback are earned as KOSH Rewards and appear on your Rewards page. Claim them to load the balance onto your card. It's built for spending, so you can use it right away anywhere your card works. KOSH Rewards is shown in US Dollars so you can see what it's worth, but it isn't US Dollars or money held on your behalf.
Your referral commission (the 0.4%) is tracked separately as KOSH USD.
Good to know
Rewards are credited after the transaction settles, so give them a short window to appear.
Refunded, cancelled, reversed, or disputed transactions do not earn rewards, and rewards already credited for them can be reversed.
If you close your account, any points, cashback, or unclaimed rewards expire immediately and can't be recovered.
