When your card arrives, open the Cards section in the app and tap the Activate card button. Your card won't work for in-store or ATM transactions until it's activated.

If your card hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us via in-app chat or <a href="mailto:support@koshmoney.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">support@koshmoney.com</a> with your order date and delivery address, and we'll investigate with the shipping partner.
