You will need to complete Kosh's standard KYC process before your card application can be approved. This requires:

- A valid government-issued ID document
- A self-verification (liveness check)

If your KYC was completed in 2025 or earlier, we'll ask you to resubmit a Government ID and selfie verification so your documents are current. Users who completed KYC in 2026 don't need to repeat this step.
