Welcome to Kosh. Here's how to get your business account set up.
Business accounts are managed entirely through the Kosh web platform. Visit payout.copperx.io to sign up and manage your account — businesses cannot use the mobile app.
A business email address is required to sign up. Addresses from personal email domains — including gmail.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com, outlook.com, icloud.com, and protonmail.com — will be rejected with the message "Please use a business email address." Make sure you sign up with your company email before you begin.
How to get started
Go to the platform — Visit payout.copperx.io and create your account using your business email address.
Submit your basic business details — You'll be asked to provide your company name, business description, incorporation number, tax ID, and website. This gets your account created and moves you into the review queue.
Book an introductory call — Once your details are submitted, schedule a call with our team. This is a short onboarding call where we get to know your business before moving forward with verification.
We'll be in touch — After the call, our team will evaluate your business and reach out directly if you're eligible to proceed to full verification.
Complete full KYB — If approved, you'll be guided through the full Know Your Business (KYB) verification. This includes uploading your business registration documents, director details, and Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) information. Have these ready to avoid delays.
Wait for final approval — Our compliance team reviews KYB submissions within 2-3 business days. You'll be notified once your account is fully approved.
You're all set — Once approved, you can load your wallet, add your business bank account, and start making withdrawals. Withdrawal times vary by currency and region — typically 1–2 business days.
