Verification Requirements
To activate your Virtual Bank Account, you must have completed the relevant verification:
Individuals — KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be approved
Businesses — KYB (Know Your Business) verification must be approved
Accounts with pending or incomplete verification cannot access this feature until verification is successfully approved.
