Kosh maintains separate platforms for individual and business accounts. If you have an individual account, your experience lives entirely within the Kosh mobile app — not the web platform at payout.copperx.io.
When an individual tries to log in at payout.copperx.io, you will see a message directing you to download the app instead. This is expected behavior, not an error.
To access your account, download the Kosh app and log in with the same email address you registered with. You will receive a one-time code to verify your identity.
All individual features — KYC, withdrawals, virtual bank account, and Kosh Card — are available directly in the app.
Business accounts are web-only and can be accessed at payout.copperx.io.
