Once your KYC is approved, your account is fully verified and ready to use. You will receive a confirmation email and your account status in the app will show KYC Approved.
What you can do once approved
For individual accounts, the following features are now unlocked:
Receive funds — your Virtual US Bank Account details are now active and ready to share with senders
Withdraw to your bank — you can now add a beneficiary and withdraw funds to your bank account in your local currency
Send payments — pay vendors or contacts directly from your Kosh account
Top up your Kosh Card — if you have a Kosh Card, you can now fund it from your USDC balance
Withdraw USDC — send USDC directly to your personal crypto wallet
Features such as team member management are available on business accounts only.
What to do next
Open the Kosh app and complete your account setup:
Add your bank account details under the Beneficiaries section
Check your Virtual Bank Account details under the Banking section
Start transacting
Enhanced KYC — what it is and what to expect
After your basic KYC is approved, some users will be prompted in the app to complete Enhanced KYC. This is a second verification step that includes additional profile information, work history, and social account verification. Enhanced KYC is a required step — it is not optional. If you receive an Enhanced KYC prompt, you must complete it before certain features become available. Follow the steps shown in the app to submit your information and proceed.
If your app still shows KYC In Review after receiving an approval email
Try closing and reopening the app, or logging out and back in. If the status still has not updated after a few minutes, contact us at [email protected].
